On this day 1 year ago, we were all plunged into the first national lockdown due to coronavirus.  Today is the UK national day of reflection to take stock of what we’ve been through and remember those we have sadly lost during this pandemic.

There will be a minute’s silence across the country which we will be holding this onsite at midday and we encourage you all to join in with this at home too.

Tonight many people will be lighting up their windows and doorsteps as well as many prominent buildings and landmarks being illuminated across the UK.
