We provide services across Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, Chatham, Strood, Gillingham, Rochester, Maidstone, Malling, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Weald, Sittingbourne, Sheppey, and Faversham.  

Our headquarters is, Safeharbour Memory Wellbeing Centre, which is based in Northfleet, Kent.  We have a variety of community based groups and activities taking place throughout the area we work in as well as supporting people in their own homes.
