Whether you’re looking to meet others, get creative, stay active, or simply enjoy a cuppa and a chat, there’s something for everyone.

Most groups are drop-in, but a few do require booking, so it’s worth checking in advance.

Both schedules offer a full breakdown of group sessions across the coming months, including:

Dementia Cafés – Drop-in sessions with information, games, refreshments, and a warm welcome.

Peer Support Groups – Safe spaces to connect with others living with dementia and share experiences.

Young Onset Support – Groups tailored to people under 65 with dementia.

Creative Arts & Crafts – Engaging, hands-on sessions to stimulate creativity and connection.

Singing Back the Memories – Musical fun to spark joy and reminiscence.

Active Bodies, Active Minds – Gentle physical activity sessions, including walking groups, pétanque, and chair-based fitness.

Carer Support & Peer Groups – Dedicated support for carers with opportunities for learning, socialising, and rest.
