The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service in the UK that offers tailored support and extra advice during interruptions to your Gas, Electricity, or Water supply.
We’re proud to work in partnership with SGN (Scottish Gas Networks) to help ensure individuals living with dementia receive the vital support they need during energy and water service disruptions.
Together, we are committed to putting your safety and well-being first.
We can help you register if you:
Are aged 65 or over or have children under 5 living with you
Have a disability or mental health condition, including dementia
Use medical equipment that depends on electricity or water
Have a visual or hearing impairment
