Exercise and wellness Having to stay indoors all day can be frustrating and boring so it's important to keep the brain active and stimulated as much as possible. Try and set up different activities around the house, maybe you could do some crosswords or jigsaw puzzles in the kitchen for the while then move into the living room and listen to some of your favourite songs. We are having some nice weather at the moment so if you can, get out in the garden and have a walk around. We are posting out weekly activity packs to the people we support. To keep them busy we've included wordsearches, crosswords, colouring in and lots more. It's important that during this time you and your loved ones keep active and take part in some gentle daily exercises to keep you mentally and physically well.
