Denise Kilshaw would like to nominate Rachel Swain for being such a great ambassador for the service, and for her passion and empathy.

Kelly Clark would like to nominate Tanya Arnold for her dedication to the service. She would also like to nominate Lisa Hooper, Lisa Barlow, Shona Gifford and Sharon Phillimore for being so flexible whenever they can.

Elaine Bush would like to nominate Hazel Borrow for providing exceptional support and guidance enabling one of our members to remain in her own home and enjoying a new lease of life.

Sarah Taylor would like to nominate Clare Pye who is a Trustee and has gone above and beyond to support the Charity and has supported Sarah’s development and understanding of Charity Finance.

Lynne Lidstone would like to nominate Bruce Douglas for his ongoing commitment to giving the Beacon members a good day by ensuring he delivers individual care.  Bruce has championed the team commitment to reading all policies and support plans to back up our values to deliver the best day to our members.

Katie Antill would like to nominate Kelly Clark and Tanya Arnold. Kelly and Tanya have really supported someone with a safeguarding concern which resulted in Kelly doing a joint visit with a Safeguarding Manager from KCC. Safeguarding is always difficult for staff and volunteers to deal with but their delicate handling of the situation will result in better outcomes for the individual concerned. She would also like to nominate Bal Rathore, Kelly Clark, Sherrie Boyd, Ebun Alo and Ruth Leggett for the outstanding work they did for their CQC inspection. They all worked so hard and the inspector was impressed with their professionalism.
